Our ideal applicant will be a hard worker, with excellent attendance and a great attitude. This individual will be in charge of several accounts and will need to be confident working with customers, vendors, shop personnel as well as other office staff.
Orders will be emailed to them and they will be in charge of writing up the order in QB, printing out the Work Orders for the shop, distributing work orders, adding order to our Production Report, tracking the orders and updating the production report, sending orders out to finish and invoicing orders. Applicant will receive payments and print Statement of Accounts as well as input vendor Invoices. Other office duties as determined by the owner of the company.'

Job Duties:

• Manage a brand account, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
• Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
• Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
• Lead on answering phones (call volume is low to medium) and helping walk-ins
• Other duties as requested
